About the role

- $90,999 -$93,845 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
As our Digital and Graphic Designer, you will deliver high-quality visual design across digital and print, working from concept through to completion. You’ll contribute to a wide range of projects, including social media assets, campaign creative, and long-form publications such as reports and newsletters.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll create engaging, multi-format content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. You’ll translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals, develop illustrations and infographics, and adapt creative concepts for different platforms, including social media.
You will also play an important role in maintaining brand consistency, providing guidance on visual identity and accessibility, and supporting the delivery of high-quality video and digital content.
About you
You’re a creative and versatile designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, engaging work. You’re organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects while building positive relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Your skills and experience include, but are not limited to:
- Proven experience in digital and graphic design across both print and digital formats
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, branding, and visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and digital channels
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible visual content, including reports and infographics
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience collaborating with external suppliers (e.g. printers, video producers)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
