We’re looking for emerging and experienced IT Program & Project Managers who can demonstrate successful program or project delivery where you’ve been responsible for initiating, planning, managing and closing out an IT engagement.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will bring strong project management experience in complex ERP transformation environments, with specific exposure to SAP GROW / SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
You will have:
- Proven experience managing SAP GROW or SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation projects, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, industrial or asset-intensive environments.
- Demonstrated experience consolidating multiple legacy ERP platforms into a single standardised ERP environment.
- Strong vendor management capability, including managing implementation partners, software vendors, system integrators and third-party delivery teams.
- Experience overseeing ERP project planning, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, budget tracking and stakeholder reporting.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including finance, procurement, inventory, production planning, supply chain and reporting.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders to define requirements, manage scope and drive decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate business readiness, data migration, integration, testing, change management and cutover activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ERP delivery issues into clear business updates.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Relevant project management qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded.
