The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our high-performing Essendon DFO Outlet. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving results, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll lead from the front, energising your team through peak trade while elevating every touchpoint of the in-store journey.
Permanent full-time | Tuesday-Saturday roster
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and inspire a large team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a strong, positive store culture.
- Drive performance in a high-volume environment, exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
- Ensure seamless stock flow from back-of-house to shopfloor
- Partner with VM to execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional setups
- Collaborate with regional & national leaders to tailor strategies that drive store performance and long-term growth.

- Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for customer experience and clienteling
- A natural eye for styling and love of luxury products
- Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
