The Opportunity
We are seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead our presence in Chatswood as we reopen our Boutique and David Jones Concession.
Following the centre’s redevelopment, this is a unique opportunity to be part of Oroton’s return to an elevated and refreshed shopping destination. You’ll partner closely with your State Manager to inspire your team, build meaningful client relationships, and drive performance across both locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and inspire your teams to become true Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a strong, positive culture
- Drive performance across both locations, exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee store operations through your leadership teams, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
- Deliver elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional execution in partnership with VM
- Collaborate with state, regional and national leaders to implement tailored strategies that drive performance
- Identify development opportunities, coach your team, and build strong succession plans
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Multi-Site Manager or senior retail leader
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for customer experience and advanced clienteling
- A natural eye for styling and appreciation for luxury product
- Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
- Energy, positivity, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams
