The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Manager to join us in a newly created position based in our Flagship Chadstone Boutique.
In this role, you will lead our Chadstone Boutique while overseeing our David Jones Concession, with an additional concession location opening by August 2026. You’ll partner closely with your Regional and Multi-State Managers to drive performance, elevate the customer experience, and lead a high-performing retail network within Australia’s fashion capital.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster (flexibility for late nights required)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire multiple boutique teams, cultivating a refined and high-performing client-first culture
- Drive commercial performance across locations, consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee the end-to-end boutique experience through your leadership teams, from talent to service excellence
- Champion elevated visual merchandising, ensuring every space reflects Oroton’s premium aesthetic
- Partner with regional, state and national leaders to shape and execute strategic initiatives
- Develop and mentor future leaders, building a strong and sustainable talent pipeline
