With a strong focus on detail, organisation and timelines, you’ll help bring products to life while keeping systems, documentation and reporting accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and track leather, trims and hardware development, ensuring approvals and timelines are met
- Liaise with offshore suppliers to follow up on samples, materials and development progress
- Prepare presentation packs, briefing documents, tech packs and sample set-ups
- Maintain and update range overviews, trackers and reporting systems with accuracy
- Coordinate sample dispatch, tracking and invoice processing
- Assist with material boards, print artwork and hardware development
- Collaborate closely with Design, Production and Merchandise teams
- Monitor critical path timelines, flagging risks and delays early
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all samples and materials are well managed

- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with high attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong administrative capability and accuracy in managing data and documentation

- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
