The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and inspiring Concession Manager to lead our David Jones Queens Plaza Concession. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Dual Site Manager, you will empower your team, drive commercial excellence, and ensure every client experiences the refined service and sophisticated presentation that define the Oroton brand. You’ll bring proven premium or concession retail expertise, a passion for cultivating meaningful client relationships, and the energy to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
This is a full-time role, working a Tuesday–Saturday roster. Join us to lead, inspire, and make your mark on the World of Oroton!
You’ll excel in this role if you enjoy:

Leading and inspiring: You’ll be coaching a dynamic team to become brand ambassadors, enhancing our strong and supportive culture

Energising operations: With your enthusiasm, manage day-to-day store operations, including recruitment, performance management, sales, customer service, and rostering

Driving visual excellence: Execute promotional and visual merchandising initiatives in collaboration with our VM team, ensuring our store always catches the customer’s eye

Strategising and collaborating: Work with regional, state, and national management to develop store-specific strategies and initiatives

- A proven track record of leading retail teams to exceptional results, consistently achieving KPIs and driving strong commercial performance
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver personalised, relationship‑led clienteling experiences
- An attitude that thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environments while maintaining a premium standard of service
- An elevated styling approach and a genuine passion for luxury product, craftsmanship and brand storytelling
- Experience in recruitment, people leadership and performance development. The ability to identify talent, nurture potential and guiding your team to shine
- A flair for delivering promotional and visual merchandising moments that captivate clients and bring the brand to life
