About the role

Step into an exciting new chapter with Oroton. We’ve opened a brand-new store at Eastern Creek Quarter and are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead this location from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, build a high-performing team, and bring the Oroton experience to life in a fast-paced, high-volume outlet environment. You’ll lead from the front, driving performance, elevating the customer experience, and setting the standard across operations, product, and presentation.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
  • Drive sales performance, achieving targets and KPIs in a high-volume outlet environment
  • Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, performance management and customer experience
  • Deliver strong visual merchandising and promotional execution in partnership with the VM team
  • Collaborate with regional and national leaders to implement store strategies and drive performance

  • Proven retail leadership experience with strong people management capabilites

  • Strong clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
  • A natural eye for styling and love of luxury product
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching and developing high-performing teams
