The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Stock Controller to join our high-performing Homebush DFO store — our #1 Oroton outlet location.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision, structure, and efficiency are key. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring stock integrity and seamless product flow, directly supporting store performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Own stock flow from delivery through to floor availability
- Receive, process, and manage incoming stock with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain strong stock integrity through cycle counts and stocktakes
- Ensure timely replenishment to support sales and customer experience
- Keep the stockroom organised, safe, and operating at peak efficiency
- Partner with store leadership, VM, and sales teams on floor moves and promotions
- Proactively identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a Stock Controller or stock-focused retail role, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work.
- Confidence working with stock systems, replenishment processes, and inventory management.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take pride in doing things right.
- A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support store success wherever needed.
