The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate Casual Customer Experience Specialists to join our new Myer Concession in Cairns. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new store opening, delivering exceptional customer experiences within a premium retail environment.

Casual position | Availability required: Sunday, Monday & Thursday nights

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations

• Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
• Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
• Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
• A positive, polished approach and collaborative team mindset
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
