The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Myer Concession in Fountain Gate

In this role, you’ll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a premium concession environment, you’ll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

Casual position | Availability across Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with additional evening and weekend flexibility required to support the business.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations

• Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
• Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
