The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Concession Manager to lead our David Jones Queens Plaza Concession team.

Reporting to our Regional Manager (QLD), you’ll play a key role in supporting your team, driving results, and ensuring every client receives the premium service and polished presentation that Oroton is known for. With a selection of our Ready-to-Wear collection alongside our iconic Bags & Accessories, this Concession is an opportunity to showcase the best of Oroton’s product. We’re looking for someone with Concession or premium retail experience, who thrives on building client connections, supporting team and store performance, and working within a dynamic team.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday-Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire your team to become confident Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a positive store culture
  • Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and performance management
  • Deliver elevated visual merchandising and promotional execution in partnership with the VM team
  • Collaborate with regional, state and national leaders to implement store strategies and drive performance

What You Bring

  • Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable but not essential)
  • Understanding of concession stock management processes, including deliveries and trading requirements (desirable)
  • Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • A natural eye for styling and passion for luxury product
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
  • Confidence delivering visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
  • A positive, energetic attitude that inspires and motivates your team
