The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Rosebery Archive store!
We are looking for a manager who will lead from the front and support the store team in styling initiatives and driving sales through the fostering of client relationships. You will have experience developing and maintaining a client list and will be able to share this expertise with your team.
Our Rosebery Archive store features the best of Oroton’s Apparel, Leather Bags and Accessories collections so experience working with all product categories is essential. We are looking for a retailer who is truly passionate about progressing their career with Oroton – our people and product are at the heart of what we do.
Permanent full-time | Sunday – Thursday roster.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to become confident Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a positive store culture
- Deliver personalised client experiences through styling, product recommendations, and exceptional service
- Build strong product knowledge across Ready-to-Wear and accessories to support confident selling
- Drive sales through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with Oroton’s visual standards
- Collaborate with leadership to implement store strategies and drive performance
What You Bring
- Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong clienteling skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- A natural eye for styling and passion for luxury product
- Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
- Confidence delivering visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
- A positive, energetic attitude that inspires and motivates your team
