The Opportunity

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the leadership of our flagship boutique at QVB located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, developing your team, and ensuring the boutique consistently delivers world-class service and presentation.

Permanent Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday Roster

What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences and build strong client relationships
  • Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day store operations and leadership
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
  • Maintain premium boutique standards across VM, stock control, reporting, and operations

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading retail teams in a premium or luxury environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be highly regarded
  • Natural leader with an inspiring, positive, and hands-on approach
  • Passion for delivering personalised, relationship-led client experiences
  • Strong interest in luxury product, craftsmanship, and styling
  • Confident operating in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong operational and detail focus
