The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to bring our brand-new Jindalee DFO Outlet location to life.
This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment and play a key role in establishing Oroton’s presence at DFO Jindalee. As part of this new store opening, you’ll build, inspire and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets. You’ll be supported by a passionate retail network and have the opportunity to grow your career with an iconic Australian brand.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to become confident Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a positive store culture
- Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and performance management
- Drive sales performance, achieving targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver elevated visual merchandising and promotional execution in partnership with the VM team
- Collaborate with regional, state and national leaders to implement store strategies and drive performance
What You Bring
- Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong clienteling skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- A natural eye for styling and passion for luxury product
- Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
- Confidence delivering visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
- A positive, energetic attitude that inspires and motivates your team
