We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to join our Marketing team in Mulgrave, VIC!

What you will be doing

  • Assist in conceptualising, develop and implementing marketing plans for the assigned brand portfolio, supervising marketing execution through to their completion.
  • Provide support in identifying marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Researching on competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Assist in planning and organising promotional presentations, business reviews and updating marketing calendars and A&P budget.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting and summarising sales data. Assist to conduct and collate findings from market research.
  • Report results of marketing activities for internal records and external stakeholders to ensure a transparent and complete account.
  • Conduct sensory taste test and prepare reports.
  • Coordinating information and collaterals flow with internal and external stakeholders on marketing executions, including liaising with trade/sales team, media agencies and creative agencies, adhering to budgets and providing feedback regarding the processes.
  • Update and maintain brand tracks to ensure marketing campaigns are executed as per the marketing plan.
  • Check, process and seek approvals for invoices and marketing activity claims.
  • Process, allocate, and liaising with relevant personnel for customer inquiries received from supplier.

What we are looking for

  • Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A degree related to Marketing will be considered advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in a current marketing role is an added advantage.
