Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Carole Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to;

  • Visit customers as per call schedules
  • Place re-orders with individual retailers as required to optimise stock levels and recommend new line opportunities
  • Attend to fixtures and maintain presentation standards to requirements
  • Check date codes and rotate stock as required
  • Check quality and appearance of stocks to ensure saleability and report discrepancies that may be considered a product risk
  • Maintain effective business relationships with store managers/owners
  • Check weekly promotional program tie-up against master file
  • Use product knowledge to seek in-store promotional activities within
  • available retail space.
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Discuss opportunities with a view to commence
  • Implement and execute trade marketing activities in conjunction with the overall plans and strategies of FFD
  • Hanging and displaying of all POSMs including posters wobblers, recipe pads, information sheets etc. in the appropriate manner
  • Assist the department to seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics.
  • Know sales team’s call cycle and effectively communicating all stock shortfall prior to their sales call.
  • Assist with trade and consumer events.
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales representative or similar role is preferrable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • A current Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong work ethic and self motivation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
