Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Executive to join our team in Mulgrave. The successful candidate will be responsible for New Product Development, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The National Account Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to;

  • New Product Development for the mainstream key accounts
  • Assessment of competitive products in market to validate certain NPD
  • Help identify target categories through collaboration with Category Managers from Key Accounts
  • Liaise with relevant marketing managers & assistants when required to procure new lines
  • Involvement in the preparation of monthly Joint Business Plans performance summary & supporting action plan for improvement
  • Manage all aspects of business development within Key Accounts
  • Perform other duties as required by management

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Marketing / Commerce or other relevant fields
  • 5-8 years experience in FMCG, preferably in the Food and Beverage Industry
  • Detailed and good analytical/numerical skills with the ability to provide insights into the data
  • Category & Key account management experience within Australian grocery markets
  • Trade Marketing experience is highly valued
  • Ability to use Nielsen databases and IRI/Quantium data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Cantonese speaking is highly advantageous
