ABOUT THE ROLE
We are appointing an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand ORDE’s distribution across key aggregator partnerships within the third‑party channel in Victoria.
This is a high-impact senior distribution role, offering significant autonomy, influence and reward. The role suits a commercially astute, credit‑strong BDM who operates as a trusted partner to brokers, aggregators and internal stakeholders, and who thrives in a performance-driven, growth-focused environment.
Your opportunity is to:
- Lead ORDE’s presence and performance across allocated aggregator partnerships and key broker relationships in Victoria.
- Promote ORDE’s vision, value proposition and comprehensive product suite to priority mortgage brokers.
- Drive sustainable origination growth through strategic broker engagement, coaching and solution-led discussions.
- Develop and execute broker engagement strategies centred on exceptional service outcomes and long-term partnership value.
- Apply deep credit and product expertise to identify, assess and shape complex lending opportunities.
- Confidently evaluate and structure non‑standard and complex scenarios, partnering closely with Credit to develop optimal solutions.
- Act as a senior escalation and support point for brokers, ensuring market-leading responsiveness and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with a proactive, highly experienced Credit and Relationship Management team to deliver specialist outcomes.
- Provide informed market feedback to management, influencing product, policy, system and process enhancements.
- Maintain a high-quality, disciplined sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, with a strong focus on conversion and execution.
- Deliver high‑quality broker presentations, training sessions and aggregator-led initiatives.

You are a senior, high-performing distribution professional with a proven track record in the non‑bank mortgage sector. Specifically, you will bring:
- Demonstrated success as a Business Development within a non‑bank lender, with minimum 4–5 years’ experience preferred
