The Role

This is a full-time Internal Sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting quotes, orders, and day-to-day enquiries. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations team to keep things moving and deliver a high level of service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries
  • Prepare quotes and process sales orders
  • Support external sales with lead allocation and follow-ups
  • Assist walk-in customers and maintain a professional front counter
  • General sales and office support as required

 What We’re Looking For:

We’re open to first hires with the right attitude, but you’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer service
  • Exposure to electrical, data & communications, cabling, or similar industries
  • Experience in a wholesale, supplier, or contractor environment
  • Confidence with quoting, pricing, and order processing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure
  • Good communication skills & comfortable dealing with contractors and customers
  • A pro-active mindset, you follow things up and don’t let work sit
  • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Excel, email)
