Working as Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the engagement, performance and team management of up to 10 Property Specialists. Whilst building and maintaining professional relationships, you will model the right behaviour to self motivate, apply initiative and drive sales performance within your team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drive improved sales performance through coaching and development activities
- Conduct call observations and analyse performance data
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching strategies
- Facilitate coaching sessions and follow-up support
- Apply and reinforce the OpenAgent sales framework to enhance customer experience
- Lead daily team huddles to support team culture and sales focus
- Encourage collaboration, idea sharing and team engagement
- Work closely with a leadership team that values unity, openness, growth and achievement
- Contribute to broader business growth and capability development
Skills and Experience

- 3+ years experience leading a sales team.
- Strong coaching capability with a focus on personal development and performance improvement.
- Experience creating a positive team culture.
- Ability to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- The ability to prioritise important and urgent tasks in a busy environment.
- A passion for property with an appreciation for our customers’ largest asset.
- Experience working from home – a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for working from home are essential.
