Working as our Content Producer, you’ll help turn ideas, insights and footage into content that captures attention, tells a clear story and drives action.

You’ll create content across paid and organic channels, shaping the hooks, pacing, structure and edits that help creative perform. From social videos and paid ads to interviews and testimonials, you’ll work across a mix of creative formats and help tailor content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team on concepts, creative angles and content ideas, then use performance insights to keep improving what we make. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond the edit: you’ll help coordinate shoots, manage customer and agent case studies and be comfortable getting involved on camera when the concept calls for it.

This role gives you the opportunity to do more than simply edit videos.

You’ll play an active role in shaping OpenAgent’s video output — bringing ideas to the table, testing what works, and seeing how your decisions influence engagement and performance. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants variety, ownership and exposure to the full content process, from concept and production through to reporting and iteration.


Your primary duties will include:

  • Producing and editing video content for social, with strong judgement around formats, hooks, pacing and creative tactics that work 
  • Writing scripts, captions and copy across paid ads and organic creative 
  • Work in a data-led way — using performance insights and feedback to drive iterations, variations and continuous improvement of creative output 
  • Contributing to content ideation and strategy, bringing creative thinking, angles and ideas to the team 
  • Coordinating content shoots, including contributors, scheduling and shoot preparation 
  • Coordinating customer and agent case studies from outreach through to shoot day 
  • Participation in shoots when needed – including conducting interviews or appearing on camera
  • Collaborating with other content producers, designers and third-party vendors when needed
  • Staying across new tools, platform changes and industry trends
  • Reporting on content performance and identifying insights 


Skills and Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in video editing, content production, or social creative 
  • Proven experience creating and editing a variety of social formats 
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creative formats and what performs on each platform. 
  • Confident with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar. 
  • A sharp eye for hooks, pacing and audience retention 
  • Ability to work quickly, take feedback well and turn around changes efficiently.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of content at once.
  • Copywriting skills for scripts, captions and CTAs.
  • Collaborative and proactive — comfortable jumping in and getting things done in a small team.
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up editing or content production workflows
  • Background in property, real estate or consumer services preferred.
  • Experience coordinating custom testimonial or case studies.
