Description

📍 Albury, NSW | Meaningful Work | Supportive Team

Looking for a role where what you do actually matters? At Omnia Inclusive Employment, you’ll support young people to build confidence, independence, and real pathways into employment — all while being backed by a friendly, supportive team that genuinely cares.

If you’ve got life experience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed, this could be the role for you.

About Omnia Inclusive Employment

We support individuals to find sustainable, meaningful employment using a holistic, strengths‑based approach. We know employment can change lives — building independence, confidence, and inclusion — and that belief shapes everything we do.

We support participants to achieve their individual goals related to independence, social and employment.

Just as importantly, we invest in our people. Our culture is social, inclusive, and supportive, and we’re proud to be an organisation where employees feel valued and heard.

What’s In It for You?

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll receive:

  • Salary packaging benefits
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Real career progression opportunities

This is a role where challenges are outweighed by impact — and where the wins truly matter.

What Will You Be Doing?

As an NDIS Youth Consultant, your days will be varied, hands‑on, and rewarding.

You’ll support participants by:

  • Delivering group and one‑on‑one training focused on employment, independence, and social skills
  • Designing and running creative, engaging workshops tailored to different learning styles
  • Providing end‑to‑end support, including internal training, workplace, and community‑based support
  • Building relationships with employers and community partners to support work experience and employment opportunities

No two days look the same — and that’s part of what makes this role special.

What You’ll Need

You’ll be a strong problem‑solver who cares deeply about outcomes. Emotional challenges come with this work, but so does an enormous sense of reward and purpose.

If you’ve supported others before — through work or lived experience — and enjoy working towards goals and KPIs, you’ll fit right in.

Checks & Requirements

Before starting, you’ll need:

  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Drivers Licence

All checks must be kept up to date. You’ll also need to provide proof of your right to work in Australia.
