We are seeking an experienced Integrated Scheduler to take ownership of our company-wide maintenance and operational scheduling process while leading CMMS administration and master data governance across the business. This is a unique opportunity to influence operational performance, improve maintenance efficiency and support strategic decision-making within a growing organisation.

The opportunity 

Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated schedule that aligns maintenance, operations, projects and HSE activities across the organisation. You’ll act as the central coordination point between business units, ensuring priorities are aligned, resources are optimised and operational disruptions are minimised.

This role also serves as a key CMMS and Master Data Specialist, maintaining the integrity of the MEX asset management system and ensuring accurate, reliable data is available to support planning, compliance, reporting and asset reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain integrated maintenance and operational schedules across the business
  • Coordinate shutdowns, major maintenance activities and long-term planning initiatives
  • Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Provide leadership with clear scheduling dashboards and reports

CMMS Administration & Master Data Governance

  • Manage and optimise the MEX asset management system
  • Maintain asset hierarchies, equipment records and maintenance structures
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of master data, asset registers and maintenance schedules
  • Support system upgrades, training and continuous improvement initiatives

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor scheduling performance, backlog management and resource utilisation
  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve reliability and maintenance performance
  • Support digital transformation and operational improvement projects

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling across industrial or resource-based operations
  • Strong CMMS administration experience, ideally with MEX
  • Proven experience managing master data, asset hierarchies and document control systems
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across diverse operational teams
  • Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, compliance requirements and asset management principles
  • Commitment to workplace health, safety and continuous improvement
  • Experience in energy, oil and gas, mining, utilities or heavy industrial environments
