The opportunity
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for complex maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation of electrical and instrumentation systems across our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation systems
- Supporting plant operations to minimise downtime and improve reliability
- Managing calibration, testing and compliance of critical systems
- Assisting with shutdowns, projects and commissioning activities
- Providing technical support, mentoring and guidance to site teams
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and regulatory requirements
About you
You are a proactive and safety-focused E&I professional who enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment. You pride yourself on ensuring the reliability and safety of critical systems, and you are always looking for opportunities to improve systems or processes to enhance the reliability and efficiency of E+I systems.

Key skills and knowledge:
- Qualified electrician, eg Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrical Mechanic, Certificate IV in Electrical – Instrumentation or similar
- Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control and a Certificate III in Process Plant Operations would also be highly regarded
- Strong experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within industrial, energy or resources sectors
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capability across complex systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and also able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organisation skills
