Summary:

As an Owners Corporation Analyst (Graduate), you will play a vital role in supporting the management and administration of owners corporations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of owner’s corporation records and documentation.
• Support the management of meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance, maintenance schedules, and other key metrics.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve property management processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to the Owners Corporation team as needed.

Qualifications:
