Navarra Venues, one of Australia’s most prestigious hospitality brands, is seeking a confident and creative Event Content Producer to join our high-performing marketing team. For over 50 years, Navarra has been the name behind some of Sydney’s most iconic events. Now, we’re looking for someone who can turn breathtakingly beautiful celebrations into scroll-stopping content. Your Role in Our Story

As our Event Content Producer, you’ll be the storyteller behind the scenes, capturing the magic of live events and transforming them into engaging digital experiences. This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves filming, editing, and creating social media content in real time. You will travel across our stunning venues during weekend afternoons & evenings (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) to capture the magic of our events and bring them to life across our digital platforms.

You will play a key role in supporting Navarra Venues’ online presence by capturing high-impact content and publishing live stories that reflect our brand’s premium look and feel.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Content Capture: Visit Navarra Venues locations to capture short-term content (stories) and long-term content (reels), primarily during weekend afternoons/nights.
  • Content Creation: Edit and produce engaging social media videos in real-time using tools such as CapCut, Edits, and similar platforms, following Navarra Venues’ brand style and aesthetic.
  • Live Posting: Publish Instagram Stories live during event coverage, using content captured on-site as well as content gathered from other creators, suppliers, or the community.
  • Capture content: For broader businesses and social media.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive content creation experience with a strong portfolio of work – ideally from live events.
  • A creative outlook and an understanding of Social Media content.
  • Experience with high-end content production using SDL camera across photo and video.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Edits, and similar apps.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, with an eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during fast-paced event environments.
  • Must have a valid NSW driver’s licence and access to a car to travel between venues.
  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons/evenings for event coverage (mandatory).
