This casual role offers one 7.6‑hour shift per week, making it ideal for someone looking for regular hours with flexibility.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

The Passenger Experience Coordinator role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and flawless operations across the airport and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely and efficiently managing airport assets
  • Coordinating daily activities
  • Acting as the main point of contact between operational teams and stakeholders

Building and maintaining good relationships with airlines, security, law enforcement, border agencies, and concessionaires is essential for this role.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in an operational or facility management environment
  • Relevant experience in aerodrome airside operations
  • Tertiary qualifications in Management, Facility Management, Tourism or similar
  • Aviation (Terminal or Airport Operations) qualifications
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of: Airport, Airline, Civil Aviation Safety and Aviation Security Regulations
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • Ability to take control, accept responsibility and operate calmly in high pressure situations
  • Excellent organisational, time, task and priority management

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
