About the Role

As the Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in maximising revenue and profitability across both hotels. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Director of Revenue, you will support the execution of revenue strategies, pricing initiatives, forecasting, and distribution practices to optimise commercial performance.

Working closely with the Portfolio Director of Revenue and the wider commercial team, you will contribute to revenue optimisation, provide detailed market analysis, and ensure effective inventory and pricing management while collaborating with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and optimise distribution channels.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Director of Revenue to implement pricing strategies across group, transient, and corporate segments.
  • Manage inventory, availability, and booking processes across all distribution platforms.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and performance reports.
  • Lead and mentor the Reservations team, fostering strong collaboration with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office.
  • Ensure revenue systems and processes are maintained accurately and effectively.
  • Support the delivery of portfolio-wide commercial initiatives and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in hotel revenue management, ideally within a multi-property or senior revenue role.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Experience with hotel revenue management systems; experience with Accor systems and tools is highly regarded.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
