Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel welcomes a diverse mix of business and leisure guests. We are looking for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast service every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a high-quality breakfast buffet and à la carte menu.
• Ensure breakfast service is consistently delivered to a high standard.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage food preparation, stock rotation, and ordering requirements for breakfast service.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth transition between breakfast, lunch and function operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen while adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar hotel or high-volume kitchen environment.
• A passion for preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
