Description

Novigi is the data, technology and AI partner to the Financial Services Industry with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Wollongong, Brisbane, Canberra and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our position as the data and technology partner to the financial services industry drives every move we make as a company. We work with individual organisations, representative bodies and the industry as a whole to more effectively use and manage their data and technology. By doing this we aim to uplift the entire sector to achieve greater efficiency, increase operational control and build seamless digital ecosystems.

Description

The AI Knowledge & Content Analyst is Novigi’s internal AI content engine — scanning the external AI landscape, curating what matters, and packaging it into practical, role-relevant content that keeps ~500 Novigi employees informed, capable and moving up the fluency curve.

The AI Knowledge & Content Analyst makes the content that coaches use, the posts that land in channels, the packs that get provided to business units, and the showcases that keep AI visible across Novigi. They are the function’s market antenna, content producer and community curator rolled into one.

Responsibilities

Content Production & Packaging:

  • Create tool-specific content for Novigi’s approved AI stack, designed to be quickly consumable by time-poor staff — short, scannable, and immediately actionable.
  • Develop, curate and manage role-specific tips, tricks, templates and prompt libraries using a rapid production model — so content can be shipped fast and refreshed continuously as tools, features and best practices evolve.
  • Produce tool setup and onboarding templates — how to configure tools, load prompt templates, and establish good working habits with AI — so adoption friction is reduced from the first interaction, with lightweight formats that are easy to update as the AI stack changes.

Collaboration with Coaches & Comms:

  • Provide coaches with materials for cohort delivery: facilitation aids, reference cards, worked examples, tool demonstrations and session-specific content — so coaches focus on delivery and do not spend time producing the materials they need.
  • Work with the CEO office to align on the engagement and internal communications calendar, ensuring content is sequenced to support awareness and confidence milestones rather than landing randomly.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts — in risk, compliance, data and operations — to bring technically accurate content on topics like hallucinations, data handling and responsible AI use into packaged formats that coaches and employees can actually use.
  • Flag to the EGM and the function when the external landscape shifts materially: new tools, significant capability changes, industry moves or adoption approaches that Novigi should be responding to.

External Scanning & Curation:

  • Maintain a watchlist of credible AI content creators, YouTube channels, LinkedIn voices, newsletters and research sources — and actively monitor them to surface what is worth bringing into Novigi.
  • Filter the external AI content landscape with good judgement: distinguishing genuine capability advances and practical tips from hype and separating what is relevant to a wealth and superannuation context from what is not.

Why our clients love Novigi:

Novigi moves quickly, thinks sharply, and delivers what’s been agreed. Clients tell us we’re easy to work with because we stay focused on outcomes, cut through complexity, and keep communication open and honest. Behind that simplicity sits a huge depth of industry expertise and serious technical capability, built from years of working across superannuation, data, integration, and complex platforms. Our culture of innovation, collaboration and banter shows up in how we work day to day: teams that slot in seamlessly, challenge constructively, adapt as needs shift, and stay committed to getting the right things done well.

Only those candidates chosen to proceed will be contacted.
