Due to continued growth, we’re excited to introduce a new Treatment Coordinator opportunity within our Loganholme clinic. You’ll be joining a large, collaborative and supportive team focused on delivering outstanding patient care.
The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll become a trusted guide for patients throughout one of the most important healthcare decisions they may ever make.
Working closely with clinicians and the wider support team, you’ll help patients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their treatment journey while delivering an exceptional patient experience at every stage.
This is a permanent part-time position with the following roster:
- Monday: 7:45am – 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 2:30pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Free onsite parking is available for all team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey with professionalism and empathy
- Building rapport and establishing trust through meaningful patient conversations
- Coordinating consultations, treatment schedules, and follow-up communication
- Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their options
- Supporting patients through financial discussions and treatment decisions
- Guiding patients through finance and payment options with confidence and care
- Following up with patients to provide ongoing support and answer questions
- Supporting patients through treatment decisions and securing commitment to next steps
- Working closely with clinicians to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Managing patient enquiries with warmth, confidence, and discretion
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
About You
You’re polished, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely passionate about patient care. You thrive in a people-focused environment and know how to create trust, connection, and confidence with patients.
You’ll bring:
- A motivated and driven approach with confidence in patient conversion conversations
- Previous experience in a dental or patient-facing healthcare environment
- Strong clinical knowledge within dentistry – advantageous
- Implant dentistry knowledge or experience – advantageous
- A sound understanding of sales and patient conversion principles
- Professional presentation and a confident communication style
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital systems and practice management software
- Comfort participating in recorded training sessions and playback reviews with feedback
