Working closely with clinical, operational, and support office teams, you will help ensure projects are effectively embedded into day-to-day operations, with strong focus on readiness, communication, and smooth transition across our clinics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and successfully adopted by teams.

  • Maintaining project documentation, action logs, and reporting dashboards
  • Supporting communication between clinical, operational, and support office teams

  • Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating where required
  • Supporting change management activities to drive adoption of new systems and processes
  • Preparing project updates and reporting for leadership teams
  • Supporting smooth transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations

About You

You are highly organised, calm and confident working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with people, building relationships, and ensuring structure and follow-through across projects.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Implementation Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience supporting system implementation, operational, or transformation projects
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience within dental or multi-site environments is highly regarded
  • Exposure to CareStack or similar practice management systems is advantageous but not essential

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Fixed-term full-time opportunity up to 12 months
  • Hybrid working arrangements available
  • Gold Coast-based role
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational and systems transformation projects
  • Supportive, collaborative, and values-driven team environment
