Due to continued growth, we’re excited to welcome an experienced General Dentist to join our Coomera team. This opportunity would suit a clinician who enjoys comprehensive patient care, values clinical excellence, and is looking to become part of a professional and supportive team culture.

The Role As a General Dentist at Nova, you’ll provide high-quality dental care across a broad range of general dentistry services while building trusted, long-term patient relationships. You’ll work closely with our clinical and support team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and a seamless patient experience from consultation through to treatment completion.

We’re ideally seeking a dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience who is confident in treatment planning, patient communication, and comprehensive general dentistry.

This role offers a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility across the roster including opportunities for some evening and Saturday appointments to support patient accessibility and clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive general dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and preventative treatments
  • Delivering ethical, patient-centred treatment recommendations aligned to individual patient needs
  • Building strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care
  • Working collaboratively with Treatment Coordinators and the wider clinical team to support positive patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records and documentation
  • Ensuring high standards of infection control, clinical governance, and patient safety
  • Contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

About You You’re an experienced and patient-focused clinician who takes pride in delivering high-quality dentistry with empathy, professionalism, and integrity. You enjoy building rapport with patients and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience practicing as a General Dentist preferred
  • Full Australian work rights

  • Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
  • A commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
  • Experience within implants, cosmetic dentistry, or restorative treatment – advantageous
