As Nova continues to grow within the Adelaide region, we are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team in Norwood.

The Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their journey with us.
Working closely with clinicians and the wider team, you’ll help coordinate appointments, manage patient communications, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
This position is offered on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week), with the expectation of transitioning to a full-time role within the next month as the practice continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating clinician diaries
- Confirming appointments and managing recalls
- Processing payments and handling daily banking procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Assisting with patient treatment plan coordination and follow-up communication
- Supporting the smooth flow of patients throughout the clinic
- Liaising with clinicians and the wider team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Performing general administrative duties including scanning, filing, and correspondence
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
