We are looking for a Fleet Administrator with exceptional people skills that enjoys working in a supportive, friendly, team environment. You will work closely within our Asset team to ensure seamless fleet operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support Sales staff with any account queries/vehicle queries.
  • Customer relationship management
  • Fuel management, ordering, procurement
  • Assisting with insurance claims
  • Assisting with defect recalls
  • Updating systems with current information for assets.
  • Managing all vehicle infringements.
  • Maintain fleet files with all current documents for compliance purposes
  • Updating all fleet records on Fleet Dynamics & updating dashboard cameras
  • Assisting Asset and Plant Manager with administrative tasks for new and “for sale” assets
  • Registrations/inspections for all hire buses/light vehicles
  • Other duties as required by Asset and Plant Manager

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years professional administration experience
  • Exposure to transport and logistics will be highly regarded
  • Experience in fleet damage assessment, insurance claims, or incident management (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to travel to regional area’s when required
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
