Our work is centered on ensuring the effective delivery of sustainable, professional, and high-quality Regional Maintenance Provider (RMP) services, in support of the Australian Defence Force’s operational readiness and capability outcomes across Northern Australia.

THE ROLE

The Waterfront Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities across assigned programs, projects, or vessels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks
  • Managing resources, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Monitoring project financials and reporting on progress
  • Collaborating closely with program teams to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and delivered

WHO WE ARE

Norsta North, located in Darwin, is a wholly owned subsidiary of NORSTA Maritime Pty Ltd, an Australian company. NORSTA operates in North-Eastern and Northern Australia as the Royal Australian Navy’s Regional Maintenance Provider (RMP). Our mission is to provide essential maintenance and sustainment services for naval vessels in the region.
