Personal Carer Opportunities at NoosaCare – Permanent Part-Time Weekend Shifts

NoosaCare, one of the region’s most respected not-for-profit aged care providers, is seeking experienced Personal Carers to join our supportive and dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person-centred care in a workplace that values respect, dignity and kindness.

We are currently looking for permanent part-time staff who are available to work across a range of shifts, with a particular focus on weekend morning and afternoon shifts. As a Personal Carer at NoosaCare, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues, becoming an important and trusted presence in the daily lives of those you care for while working with purpose as part of a caring and committed team.

About the role

As part of our dedicated Personal Carers team, you will support residents with their daily care needs, promote independence and dignity, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel respected, valued and well cared for.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

• Be empathetic, reliable and committed to delivering quality care

• Passionate about building strong professional relationships with residents and colleagues

• Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team
