About The Role

The Web & Product Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our websites remain accurate, effective and easy to use while supporting a seamless customer experience across NHS and NewTruss. This role manages website content, product information, SEO initiatives, UX improvements and digital agency relationships to drive performance and support business growth.

Working closely with the Marketing and Category Management teams, you will coordinate product and content updates, oversee website optimisation projects and ensure our digital platforms remain current, user-friendly and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of website content through our CMS, including landing pages, product pages, category pages, banners, promotions and news articles.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure website information is accurate, relevant and up to date.
  • Coordinate product setup and updates between ERP systems and website platforms, including product collections and category optimisation.
  • Champion website user experience (UX) by identifying opportunities to improve navigation, searchability and customer journeys.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to implement website improvements and enhancement projects.
  • Manage SEO activities in partnership with external agencies and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
  • Manage and report on NewTruss SEO performance and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and maintain productive relationships with web development and SEO agencies, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate effective resolutions with customers, internal teams and agency partners.
  • Monitor website performance, traffic and conversion trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and events as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital tools, systems and customer-facing online experiences.

About You

You are a detail-oriented and digitally savvy professional who enjoys combining website management, content coordination and stakeholder engagement. You take ownership of your work, are comfortable working with external suppliers and have a passion for creating seamless online customer experiences.

You will bring:

  • Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Commerce/Magento and WordPress.
  • Experience creating and updating website content including landing pages, product and category pages, blogs, news articles, banners and promotional content.
  • A strong understanding of website content management and digital customer journeys.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common formatting issues.
  • Understanding of staging and live website environments.
  • Experience improving website usability, page layouts, product findability and calls to action.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other reporting tools to analyse website performance.
  • Experience managing external digital agencies and coordinating website-related projects.
  • A basic understanding of website performance, SEO and conversion optimisation principles.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva.
