About The Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating production activities, and supporting team performance. You will play a key role in delivering consistent product quality, meeting customer demand, and maintaining strong operational standards aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent output
  • Ensure compliance with safe work procedures and actively promote a strong safety culture
  • Maintain high product quality standards and ensure all outputs meet required specifications
  • Coordinate machinery troubleshooting and lead timely response to breakdowns and operational issues
  • Lead training, development, and performance support for the Production Team
  • Work closely with management to achieve operational targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are an experienced supervisor who leads by example, with a strong focus on safety, team engagement, and operational performance. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, production, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
  • A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Problem-solving capability with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • A current NSW Driver Licence
