About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Frame & Truss Assembler to join our manufacturing team.
This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient assembly of timber roof trusses, wall frames, and related building components. You will work as part of a production team to ensure quality outcomes, meet production targets, and support a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble roof trusses, wall frames, and timber components to job specifications
- Read and follow job sheets, drawings, and production instructions
- Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools safely and effectively
- Check work to ensure it meets required quality standards
- Identify and report defects, issues, or hazards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
- Follow all WHS policies, procedures, and site requirements
About You
You are a reliable and practical team player who takes pride in your work and contributes to a positive team environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a similar hands-on role
- Ability to safely use tools and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A strong focus on safety and safe work practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- White Card and valid Driver Licence (preferred)
