  • Available for rotating shifts between 6.30am and 6.15pm
  • Flexibility to work across our four centres (Claremont, Kensington, Joondalup, Perth Airport)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Casual Early Childhood Educators to work across our four (4) Early Learning & Development Services, ideally looking for candidates who can work across all services. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. Working in partnership with our Early Childhood Teacher to support our children and foster their social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6.15pm.

Our Ngala Early Learning Centres in Claremont, Kensington, Joondalup and Perth Airport are spacious and include large indoor and outdoor play areas. We offer excellent child-to-educator ratios and our focus is on providing fun, stimulating, and joyful learning activities for children.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are passionate about children’s learning and development. You will have:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Children’s Services / Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning to achieve the best outcomes for children
  • High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
  • Current WA Working with Children’s Check

As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are requested to provide their Immunisation History Statement.

While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
