About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Scheduling Administrator to join our Water Operations Division based in Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone with scheduling or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.
You will support the coordination of field-based employees working across Metro and Regional Sydney, helping ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and projects continue running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily scheduling and coordination of field employees
- Assist with monitoring, updating and validating work orders and job requests
- Answer inbound calls and assist with customer and field staff enquiries
- Liaise with clients, plumbers and subcontractors regarding scheduling and job priorities
- Assist with basic job diagnosis and triage
- Complete data entry, reporting and system updates
- Support quotation processing and administration tasks
- Ensure paperwork and documentation is completed and uploaded accurately
- Maintain accurate employee and subcontractor records
- Provide general administration and ad hoc support to the wider team
About You
You are proactive, organised and enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous scheduling or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service and compliant handling skills
- Strong communication both verbal and email
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised under pressure
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- A positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience using job management systems such as Aroflo, Dataforce or Fulcrum is advantageous but not essential
- General knowledge of Metro and Regional Sydney is beneficial
