About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Supporter Services Team Leader to lead our Supporter Services function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine exceptional customer service, strong administration and data management skills with the opportunity to coach and support a small team.

 

You’ll supervise our Supporter Services Representative and casual staff while remaining actively involved in the daily work yourself—from responding to supporter enquiries and processing donations through to maintaining data quality and supporting fundraising campaigns. Working within the Fundraising team and closely with our CRM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent data integrity, improving processes, ensuring the smooth operation of Supporter Services and excellent donor care.

 

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on operational work and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.You’ll bring experience leading or supervising staff in a Supporter Services, Fundraising administration or similar environment.
