About Us
At Netball WA, our purpose is to create a world of possibility for WA through netball. From community netball programs and pathways to elite competition through West Coast Fever, we’re passionate about making a positive impact across WA. Our organisation also includes Glass Jar Australia (GJA) and its impactful Shooting Stars program, which empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls and young women through education, sport and wellbeing.
About the Role
Ready to turn West Coast Fever game day into something the Green Army talk about all week? We’re on the hunt for an Events & Fan Experience Manager who lives and breathes live sport, thrives in the adrenaline of big moments, and knows how to turn a crowd into a community and loves netty!
From the first fan through the gates to the final whistle (and beyond), you’ll own the end-to-end fan journey, making every touchpoint electric, seamless and unmistakably on-brand. This isn’t just any events role – It’s creating atmosphere, shaping emotion, building fandom and ensuring the Green Army Feel the Fever.

The Green Army wants:
· Game days that go off — bold, engaging, flawlessly executed and seriously green!
· Fan experiences that keep people coming back (and bringing their friends)
· Creative concepts that transform matches into must-attend moments
· High-impact activations, entertainment and themed events
· West Coast Fever & Netball WA signature experiences across launches, fan days, awards nights and more
What are we looking for?
Someone who is equal parts producer, creative thinker and operator.
· You’ve delivered live events end-to-end and know what it takes to make them shine
· You sweat the details but never lose sight of the big picture
· You stay cool under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments
· You’re always asking: “How can we make this even better?”
