About the role

Clearview Early Learning & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and inspiring Educator to join our team!

We are a 77-place, nature-focused early learning centre based in Nerang, with a strong connection to Bush Kindy, sustainability and play-based learning.

As a full-time Educator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s curiosity and love of learning
  • Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we’re looking for

  • A Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
  • Experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
  • Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
  • Working with Children Check clearance
  • Responsible Person experience or willingness to be trained (advantageous)
