Home Modifications Coordinator (Aged Care)

Location: Neighbourhood Central, Parkes NSW

Contract: 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover

Hours: 20 hours per week (days and times negotiable)

About the Role:

You’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to our Home Modifications team, ensuring services are delivered in line with Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) guidelines. This varied role also includes reception duties and direct client contact, making every day different and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate referrals and intake processes for home modifications via the My Aged Care portal
  • Liaise with clients, Occupational Therapists, and builders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and complete regular reporting
  • Provide professional reception and customer service support
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and funding requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in program and administrative coordination, ideally within aged care or community services
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent), or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to client confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
