We are seeking a Part-Time IT Assistant to support our Sydney and Melbourne studios. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for digital technology, who enjoys problem-solving and working across a broad range of IT systems and environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with around 2+ years’ experience, strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Windows, and cloud-based systems, and a passion for technology. You’re a confident problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to support users effectively while contributing to reliable and efficient digital operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide IT support across the Sydney and Melbourne studios
  • Set up and maintain hardware, software, networks, email and communication systems
  • Support user onboarding, including induction into systems and tools
  • Maintain and configure digital infrastructure, platforms and tools across the business
  • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Assist with managing user accounts, data security, and system access
  • Support IT infrastructure including servers and cloud-based systems
  • Support the development of AI-enabled digital platforms and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless technology operations

 

ABOUT YOU

  • A recognised degree, certificate or diploma in Digital Technologies or a related discipline
  • Microsoft Certification (Azure, Security and Compliance) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital technology or IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Suite
  • Experience with IT infrastructure including server and user management
  • Experience with code development & maintenance (desirable)
  • Understanding of BIM and CAD software/applications (desirable)
  • Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think practically in non-standard situations
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and visual) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Passion for technology and willingness to stay updated with industry trends
