Administration Officer / Field Support

Based in Kalgoorlie

Part Time or Full Time $66,501 – $78,897 per annum

 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, supporting others, and keeping an office running smoothly.

 

About the Role

The Administration Officer provides practical, day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Corporate Services Team. You will help ensure the office, facilities, equipment, and services operate efficiently, while supporting meetings, finance processing, and general office administration. You’ll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer, Operations Support Officer and the Corporate Services Manager, as well as staff across the organisation.

 

Key Duties

  • Assist with organising repairs and maintenance of the Kalgoorlie office and facilities
  • Assist with organising maintenance and service of office equipment and vehicles
  • Liaise with cleaners, security providers, and maintenance contractors as required
  • Help organise meetings occasionally in regional towns and remote locations, including catering, registrations, and travel payments the position requires occasional overnight/multiple night travel
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes when required
  • Provide friendly reception support and respond to phone and in‑person enquiries
  • Process mail, data entry, invoices, and accounts payable (MYOB)
  • Provide general administrative support to senior staff
  • Contribute ideas to improve office efficiency and support team goals
