About the Role As a Home Care Worker, you will provide and deliver supports to CHSP customers in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

The role will see you perform duties including but not limited to, cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, transportation, assisting with meals and online shopping.

About you

  • You have previous experience in aged care, or a similar caregiving role, preferred but not required.
  • You can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and customer-centred approach.
  • You have the ability to work independently
  • You can demonstrate excellent communication skills with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care
  • You can provide a current NDIS Worker Check, valid First Aid Certificate with CPR, valid NSW Drivers Licence and hold rights to work in Australia
  • You can provide a registered and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
